The State Board of Education has established academic standards for all students in the subject areas of reading, math, science, social studies, and writing. These standards are general statements of what students should know at various grade levels.

 Using these standards as guides, our curriculum is designed to prepare students for the state assessment tests. Often we have exceeded the state recommendations and have achieved the state standard of excellence in Math, Science, and Social Studies.
